Jessica Kane Professional Bio:
Jessica Kane is a Master’s-qualified Level 4 Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor, and Educator/Guidance Officer with over 30 years of experience in government, non-government, national, and international settings. She provides online and face-to-face counselling and supervision for clients, professionals, and educators.
Working from a serene, nature-based cabin—or online—Jessica creates a safe, open, and non-judgmental space. Her practice integrates CBT, Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapies, coaching, cognitive and social–emotional assessment, and nature-based ecotherapy. She supports individuals, families, and couples, specialising in ADHD, neurodiversity, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and personal development, promoting resilience, wellbeing, and self-worth.
Jessica also delivers workshops that enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, NDIS capacity, leadership, and business skills, and she develops clinical tools and visual resources to foster communication, ethical practice, inclusion, and reflective supervision.
Beyond her professional work, Jessica is an adventurer, parent, partner, and nature enthusiast, modelling resilience, curiosity, and a wholehearted approach to life.
