Jessica has travelled extensively and brings a rich sense of adventure into both her life and work. She is an Ecotherapist with a background in teaching, counselling, coaching, and holistic wellness.
With a lifelong love of cruising, Jessica has sailed on more than 15 cruises and began her career working aboard ships—experiences that deeply shaped her global perspective.
She is also an author, photographer and the creator of the Visual Metaphors Photocard Tool, blending creativity with therapeutic practice.
